Caught a D-list star's apology tape at a gas station in Tulsa, broke it down

Stopped for gas off Route 66 last Tuesday and the pump screen was playing some actor's 2 minute apology for a bar fight. He said 'I take full responsibility' about 4 times but never named who he hit or what he did. My buddy counted 3 pauses where he looked off camera like he was reading a teleprompter. Anyone else spot these apology videos in weird spots and clock the tells?
