Serious question about J.Lo's apology for that airplane outburst

I watched her video three times and noticed she blinks way more when she says she's "so sorry" compared to when she talks about how "hard" the tour has been. My nurse brain says that's a classic sign of lying, but am I overanalyzing a celebrity who just had a bad day? Has anyone else caught celebs using specific body language to fake sincerity?

Ha! I guess we're all body language experts when procrastinating on our own stuff, huh? For real though, I once told a friend I loved her new haircut while blinking like a strobe light, so maybe J.Lo just needed eyedrops. I'll stick to diagnosing Netflix documentaries before I start reading into celebrity tics.

Did you catch how her smile didn't reach her eyes at all during the apology part? That's another huge tell, the fake smile vs the real one is super obvious when you know what to look for.

lol @wren230 you're really going full detective mode on J.Lo's face muscles huh. i mean yeah i get that sometimes people can tell when a smile is fake, but is it really that serious? she could have just been tired or nervous or thinking about her taxes or whatever. i've definitely smiled at people while mentally planning my grocery list and probably looked like a psycho. also the whole "eyes not smiling" thing gets thrown around so much now it's become this like pop psychology buzzword. not everything is a hidden subliminal message. sometimes a smile is just a smile and we're all just reading way too much into it.
