That $12 'raw apology' course on Gumroad was just a list of buzzwords

I bought it after a bunch of celeb apology fails. Thought it'd teach me how to spot real remorse. Nope. Just 10 pages of "acknowledge harm" and "use specific language." Nothing about eye movement or tone. Got more from a YouTube breakdown of the Chris Brown apology. Has anyone found a legit resource on this?

You're absolutely right to be frustrated. I fell for one of those "masterclass" things after the Logan Paul suicide forest mess, and it was basically the same: ten pages telling me to say "I was wrong" without any actual substance. I got way more out of watching old celebrity interviews where they're squirming and deflecting - you can see the difference between a forced apology and a real one just in how fast they blink and whether they look you in the eye. The Amanda Bynes Twitter apologies taught me more about fake remorse than any paid course ever did. Total waste of twelve bucks.

Did you get the blinking thing from watching PR trainwrecks too?
