I was breaking down that singer's apology video from last Tuesday and noticed she paused for 47 seconds before saying "I take responsibility," which felt rehearsed until I timed the blink rate. Turns out, fast blinking after a pause means they are reading a script, but slow blinking means they are actually thinking about the words, and it took me three videos to figure this out. Has anyone else tried timing the pauses and blinks to spot the fake ones, or am I overthinking it?
