That time an influencer blamed bad lighting for a DUI apology

Saw a video from a makeup guru who said her mugshot looked orange because of the jail's fluorescent bulbs, and I still can't tell if she actually believed that or if her PR team just ran out of ideas.

Is she okay though? Like genuinely, I've seen some spirals where people start believing their own PR nonsense and it gets scary. The fact that she went with "bad lighting" instead of just saying she messed up makes me worried she's either in deep denial or her team is a mess. I get wanting to save face, but blaming fluorescent bulbs for a DUI is wild. Hope someone in her circle is looking out for her and not just the brand deals.

Had a friend in a similar spot where her team was basically running damage control while she convinced herself she was fine. If she's got legit people around her they need to pull her aside and get her some real help before the brand deals start drying up.
