My buddy said celebrity apologies are just PR scripts now, not actual feelings

He brought up that clip of Kanye saying sorry on camera but still doubling down in interviews the same week, and I honestly can't tell if any of them mean it anymore. Are we just reading PR team drafts or do you think some of these apologies are real?

Is it really that serious though? He made a video, said some words, and people are acting like he committed a crime against sincerity. @jordan_hill Probably a bit of both, but who hasn't phoned in an apology when they had to?
