PSA: That viral Miley Cyrus 'no filter' gym selfie from last year vs. her Coachella appearance this month

I compared side by side the jawline and cheekbone structure and it's not just weight loss or angles, she clearly got buccal fat removal and maybe a chin implant because the bone shadow under her right cheek is completely different now, has anyone else noticed that shift in facial structure?

Tbh the jawline change is the biggest giveaway for me. She went from having that soft, rounded jaw to this sharp angular line that doesn't look natural even with weight loss. Did you notice how the hollow under her cheekbones got deeper but the rest of her face stayed full? That's not just dehydration or lighting shifts. Buccal fat removal makes sense because that area doesn't bounce back once it's gone. I'm curious if you've looked at older candids from 2020 vs now to compare the same angles without makeup.

oh wow i actually remember seeing some 2020 pics of her floating around and yeah the jawline difference is wild. like @matthew371 said, the hollow under the cheekbones is way too deep now for it to just be weight loss or whatever. i had a friend who got buccal fat removal and she had that same weird thing where the upper face stayed puffy but the lower part got super carved out. it never really looks natural after a while honestly. the lighting excuse only works so much before you gotta admit something changed.
