Tracked one blind item about a "secret wedding" for 5 weeks and finally watched it fall apart
I started keeping a little notebook on a blind item that claimed two A-list actors tied the knot in Santa Fe back in March. For five weeks I checked the usual spots, and the timeline kept shifting whenever a new photo came out. Then last Tuesday a paparazzi shot put one of them on a set in London the same weekend the "wedding" supposedly happened, and the whole thing died that day. The source turned out to be a fan account that started posting in February. Anyone else track a blind item week by week just to see if it holds up?

Back in 2019 I did the same thing with a blind about two co-stars secretly dating, and I kept a running list of every "sighting" in a Google doc until it hit 14 entries. Turned out half of them were from the same three accounts reposting each other, which was way more interesting than the rumor itself. Tracking the source is half the fun, the actual blind is almost beside the point.
