Lost a full prep day to a broken sink sprayer, now I'm paranoid about them

Tuesday morning I walked into the walk-in and the sprayer hose on the main prep sink had a pinhole leak that flooded the floor drain area and soaked two boxes of porterhouse we had sitting low. Took me 45 minutes to mop up and rewrap everything, then the repair guy quoted $180 for a part that might ship in three days. Anyone else started budgeting extra time for equipment failures that always hit right before service?
