27 years of filing my own eviction notices, never thought I'd count them

I was digging through old boxes last weekend and found a stack of eviction filings I'd done myself, added it up to 312 total since 1997. For a small landlord who never wanted to pay a lawyer for simple stuff, that number hit different than I expected. Anyone else got a random count of their own DIY legal paperwork that surprised them?
