Got a ticket at the McDonald's on Cicero for 'blocking the drive-thru' last Tuesday
Cop said a car behind me honked so I was obstructing, even though I was just waiting on my food like everyone else. Should I fight this or just pay the $75 and move on?

Being in a drive-thru line waiting for food isn't really "blocking" unless you were parked there after getting your order. The honking alone doesn't prove obstruction, so you'd probably have a decent shot fighting it if you have the time.
