Wait, are you saying the stories about the guy who waters his plants at 3am aren't actually exaggerations? I guess I owe a few of my past tenants an apology, especially the one who complained about the "haunted" toilet that kept flushing itself (turns out it was just a bad flapper). They really do have a knack for finding the one loose floorboard in the whole apartment, don't they?

Right? The "haunted" toilet thing got me... I had a tenant once who swore a ghost was turning on the faucet every night. Turned out it was a loose handle. But the floorboard thing is their superpower I swear.
