Spent 2 weeks learning every free skip trace trick from a forum to serve my old landlord $1,800 in small claims, got the sheriff to finally serve him at a Gold Coast gym by just paying the $60 fee, and now I am wondering if anyone else here thinks doing it yourself is a waste when the court clerk will give you the basics for free.
