Paid $350 for a lawyer to review my lease, got a list of red flags but did it matter?

I put down $350 for a real estate attorney to go over my new apartment lease in Logan Square. She flagged a non-refundable move-in fee that the landlord never mentioned, plus a clause about routine inspections with only 24 hours notice. I used her notes to push back and the landlord dropped the fee, so that part paid off. But the inspection thing stuck, and my landlord has already used it twice in 4 months. Worth the money for the fee battle, but I still feel like I'm in a weird spot legally. Has anyone else paid for a lease review and actually gotten real leverage out of it or did yours just collect dust too?

Did the landlord give you any reason when they pushed back on the inspection notice?
