Found a thumbnail that faked a car crash from 3 years ago

Clicked a video titled 'INSANE CRASH CAUGHT ON CAMERA' and it was a clip from a 2019 dashcam compilation. No disclosure, no date, just old footage sold as new. Commented asking about it, creator deleted my question within 10 minutes. Has anyone else seen recycled news clips posing as fresh content?
