I was stuck in the Reno DMV on a Thursday for about 90 minutes, and the TV above the chairs kept looping a phone ad claiming the battery lasts 'up to 3 days on a single charge.' The guy next to me pulled out that same phone, said he charges it twice a day, and half the row started nodding along. How do you all judge the phrase 'up to' when the real number is nowhere close, is it a lie or just a stretch?
