That $50 thumbnail template pack I bought was a total scam
I compared my old thumbnails with a template pack I paid $50 for on Etsy last Tuesday. The templates made my clicks drop by like 40% in 3 days, so I switched back to my own ugly homemade ones. The pack promised pro results but every thumbnail looked exactly like someone else's channel. Has anyone else tried those template bundles and seen worse numbers?

Why would anyone pay fifty bucks for the same templates everyone else is using? Sounds like the seller just resold a bunch of generic designs they found for free somewhere.

Wow, fifty bucks for something you could probably find for free on a site like Envato or even Canva? That's a tough pill to swallow, especially if it's just a repackaged set of templates everyone else is already using. I'd be pretty shocked if the seller didn't at least strip the branding and add a few custom tweaks, but you're right, it sounds like a total ripoff.
