Warning: that viral 'thumbnail vs reality' streamer video made me question my own titles

Caught myself watching a 3 hour stream where a guy broke down how he flips thumbnails to get more clicks, and at first I laughed at his tricks. Then my buddy Sam, who runs a tiny cooking channel, showed me my own recent video's thumbnail had a stock photo of a burger I never actually made. It hit different because I realized I've been doing the same stretch without even noticing, just smaller. Anyone else ever catch themselves copying a clickbait pattern you swore you'd never use?

Tried shooting my burger at the window seat in my local joint for golden hour light once and it came out looking like a menu ad. But my fries looked like they'd been through a war zone and the bun had a weird soggy spot that always shows up no matter what angle I try. So I get the suspicion lol. Maybe Sam used a filter or wiped the grease off with a napkin first which honestly feels like cheating but I respect the hustle.
