I finally snapped at a coworker who kept touching my tools
At my shop in Cleveland, this kid Dave would grab my calipers without asking. I told him three times to stop, and last Tuesday I caught him using my micrometer to pry open a paint can. I laid into him right there by the Haas mill. Has anyone else had to deal with people not respecting your personal tools?

Man I once left my favorite crescent wrench on a job site and came back to find a guy using it as a hammer on some PVC pipe. Wanted to cry but I just laughed awkwardly and asked him if he needed me to show him where the actual hammers were.
