My spindle stopped mid-run and everyone blames the coolant, but I think it's the program
Had a job last Tuesday, 40 parts into a 200 part run, and the spindle just cut out at 12,400 rpm. The other guys in the shop keep saying it's the coolant pump tripping the breaker, but I checked that first and it was fine. I re-ran the same G-code from a backup and it happened again at the exact same line, so I'm pretty sure there's a weird decimal or feed rate issue in the posted file. Has anyone else had a toolpath that runs fine for hours then kills the spindle on a specific move, and did you fix it in CAM or on the machine?

Check the spindle load meter during that move, maybe your tool is pulling way more than the program thinks.
