Ran 400 parts on Tuesday and only scrapped 3, then Wednesday the probe crashed into the vise
I was feeling like a hero after holding 0.0005 on a run of aluminum brackets for a shop in Grand Rapids, and my lead even said nice work at the end of shift. Next morning the probe on the Haas slammed straight into the vise jaw because I forgot to clear an offset, and it snapped the stylus and cost us about 2 hours of downtime. When you have a great run then a dumb crash right after, how do you keep it from messing with your head for the rest of the shift?
