Serious question, does anyone actually read the coolant mix ratio on the bottle?
I watched a new guy at my shop in Toledo dump a whole gallon of concentrate straight into the machine sump last Tuesday. He said he figured more was better for tool life. The whole bay smelled like a chemical plant for two days and we had to drain the whole thing. What's the weirdest coolant mistake you've seen someone make?

Yeah, that "more is better" idea... I used to think that too until I saw what it does to the seals.
