Spent 2 days tracking down a .001 offset that was hiding in plain sight

Finally figured out why my parts kept coming out off by a hair, turns out the fixture plate had a burr under the toe clamp that I missed during setup. Blew a whole weekend batch of 60 pieces before I grabbed a magnifying lamp and saw it. Anyone else had a stubborn tolerance issue that was something dumb like that?
