Had a crab try to steal my wrench in the Gulf last week
Working a pipeline job about 60 feet down. Put my 9/16 wrench on a valve. Turned around for two seconds. A big blue crab had it in its claw. Tried to swim off with it. My buddy on comms just heard me yelling 'hey, give that back'. Anyone else had sea life try to take their tools?

What kind of crab even knows what a wrench is for? That's wild. It makes you wonder if they see shiny metal and just think it's some weird shell or food. I bet that octopus with the jar lid was just the start, they're probably out there building little underwater forts with all our lost gear.
