My bailout valve started hissing at 40 feet in the Cooper River and I had to thumb it up
Was doing a routine hull inspection near the old navy yard in Charleston three weeks back when my bailout valve started free-flowing at 40 feet, so I shut it down and made a slow ascent, and now I'm wondering if anybody else has had a worn valve seat sneak up on them like that and what you did about it.

Heard a guy on a dive podcast say those seats wear out way faster than folks expect.
