Vent: I called BS on saturation tables for a 90 foot air dive and my old supervisor was right
I spent 6 months arguing with a supervisor in Port Fourchon about whether we really needed the full table stops on a 90 foot job in the Gulf, and I was sure he was just being old school for no reason. He pulled the log from a 1988 incident where a guy skipped a stop and ended up in a chamber for 6 hours, and I did the math on the actual nitrogen load myself after that. Anyone here still think the tables are overkill for shallow work, or did a real event change your mind too?
