Yeah it's true, they can feel so heavy and block your side vision. Just feels like fighting the gear sometimes.

My Arai helmet from last year actually feels pretty light to me. I see what you mean, @elliotl31, but I don't really fight with it like that. I mean, after a few rides I got used to the weight and the vision thing isn't bad for me. Maybe it's just me but I focus more on the road ahead so side stuff isn't a huge deal. Idk, it might depend on the fit or how you set it up.
