Guy dropped off a laptop at my shop in Cleveland and asked if I could "just make it faster" while he watched
He stood behind me for 45 minutes narrating every click I made and asking why I wasn't "deleting the viruses" faster. I finally pulled up his task manager and showed him 61 startup programs running at once, and he goes "oh, my nephew put those there." How do you all handle the customers who want to hover the whole time without sounding rude?
