Saw a shop in Tulsa charging $85 for a 'diagnostic' that was just CrystalDiskInfo
Walked past the place on 11th St and watched a guy hand a customer a printout that was literally a free tool's output with the drive serial number on it. If you're in the trade, what's your go-to way to show clients actual value instead of a screenshot?
