Used to clean dust with compressed air, now I vacuum first after a shop fire scare

We had a PC catch sparks from a clogged PSU last month, all that canned air just blew the dust deeper. Now I hit every case with a static-safe vacuum and brush before touching the compressor, and it's cut my clean times by half. Anyone else switch up their dust routine after a close call?

The static-safe vacuum is a solid move, but I think people overlook the filters in the room itself. After a shop fire scare, I put a cheap HEPA filter unit on a timer to run for an hour after any cleaning session, and it catches what the vacuum stirs up. That dust has to land somewhere, and if it's not in your cases, it's in your lungs or the next motherboard.
