Vent: client told me their PC was slow, found 14 browser toolbars

Last month in Austin I had a guy insist his computer just needed a tune-up. Opened Chrome and counted 14 toolbars plus 3 fake antivirus programs. Do you guys even bother explaining to these people or just fix it and move on?

My buddy cleaned a lady's PC and found 17 toolbars once. He just nuked them and said nothing.

My uncle found 22 toolbars on a neighbor's PC and she cried when he got rid of them.
