Spotted a cool broom finish at a park in St. Louis last weekend

I was walking my kid at Forest Park and saw this huge stamped concrete pathway that had a broom finish so smooth and even, it made me stop and run my hand over it (kind of embarrassing, honestly). Has anyone else ever found themselves inspecting random concrete jobs when you're supposed to be relaxing?

Moisten the concrete before brooming for a more even finish.
