That old timer in Wichita told me to splash water before bull floating, I thought it was a joke
He said it keeps the cream from sticking and after I tried it on a 90 degree driveway pour last month the finish came out way smoother, has anyone else messed around with wetting the surface first or was that just his weird habit?
