Tried a new acrylic sealer on a driveway in Spokane last week versus my usual solvent-based one. The difference in finish and drying time was night and day.

Solvent-based always lasts longer though.

Tell that to my garage floor, which begs to differ.

Maybe for some uses, but my experience with water-based on concrete has been the total opposite.
