Trowel sizes changed everything for me after 7 years

I used to run the same 36 inch mag for everything, big driveways and small walkways alike. Then a older finisher in Omaha told me to switch to a 48 inch for the big pours and a 24 for the tight stuff. My knees and back stopped screaming by the end of the day, and the surface came out flatter too. Took me way too long to realize one size dont fit all. Has anyone else made a similar switch and noticed a difference in how the concrete settles?
