Airport security in Atlanta changed how I pack every single bag now

I watched a guy get pulled for a 3-ounce shampoo bottle at Hartsfield last Tuesday and they made him throw away a $50 electric razor because it looked suspicious on the scanner, so has anyone else started checking their carry-on like a literal TSA agent before leaving the house?
