JFK records flipped my view after 10 years of doubting
Honestly, I spent a decade thinking the Warren Report was a cover-up but also that every alternative was pure fantasy. Last month I dug into the actual National Archives release from 2023, not the edited stuff. Seeing the FBI memo about Oswald's Mexico City trip with the wrong voice recording date was the first concrete mismatch I could verify myself. That single document made me change my stance from 'no way' to 'something was definitely hidden'. Has anyone else had one specific file or photo that broke their whole disbelief?.

The 2023 release got me too. I spent a whole weekend cross-checking the dental records in the Warren Report against the autopsy photos and ended up with more questions than answers, which is saying something because my husband still jokes that I can't even balance our checkbook. The part that got me was the Xerox machine log from the Dallas PD showing two copies of a memo that supposedly never existed. Either my eyes are playing tricks at 52, or somebody wanted that paper trail to have holes. I laughed at myself for a solid ten minutes because I once argued with a guy on Reddit for three days that the magic bullet angle was simple geometry, and now I'm the one squinting at blurry scans like a crazy person. At least my new conspiracy buddy at the library thinks I'm onto something, so that's something, right?
