Just realized the JFK files don't actually prove anything new

I spent last weekend reading through the latest batch of declassified JFK documents from the National Archives. Got through about 200 pages before I realized it's all just CIA administrative stuff and redacted memos. There's nothing about a second shooter or cover-up, just bureaucratic paperwork from 1963. Has anyone else found anything actually useful in those files?

Did you actually read the stuff about Oswald's contacts in Mexico City though?

My uncle was a history teacher who spent years convinced there was a second shooter, then he found out his own dad had just been really bad at math and misread the timeline. That whole Mexico City thing always sounded fishy though, did anyone look at the original Spanish transcripts or just the translated summary?
