My brother tried to tell me the moon landing was faked with a practical light trick
He showed up at my place last Saturday with this whole setup using a lamp and a piece of cardboard to prove how shadows work. I listened for like 20 minutes while he adjusted the angle and kept saying "see this proves they could fake it." I finally just asked him what he thought about the rock samples and he got real quiet. Has anyone else had a family member try to debunk something with a DIY experiment that fell apart when you asked one simple question?

Honestly, asking about the rock samples is the exact thing that worked for me with my cousin. He went on for an hour about lighting tricks in a studio, and then I just asked "so where did they get the moon rocks then" and he kinda just trailed off.
