Found a chart on a media watchdog website last week that listed who owns all the big news outlets and it kind of weirded me out. Two companies own a huge chunk of what most folks read every day, so when all those places run the same headline on the same day it makes you wonder. Some people say that is just normal business stuff and there is no big plan behind it. Others say you would have to be blind not to see a pattern when the coverage lines up that neat. So where do you land on this, should we care who signs the paychecks or does it not matter at all?
