The crosswalk button in my town was fake, but only part of the time
I noticed the pedestrian light near my shop in Toledo only changed if I pressed the button hard and held it. So I tested it for two weeks. Pressing it fast did nothing, holding it for 3 seconds worked every time. My buddy thinks the timing is just broken, but that specific setup feels intentional. Anyone else got a button or sensor that only responds to a certain trick?

Friend once held one 10 seconds and the light turned red instantly. Creepy either way.
