The drone survey that saved 14 hours on a strip mall roof

Last month I was up on a 40,000 square foot strip mall in Reno measuring for a re-roof and my old methods were eating the whole day. I rented a DJI drone for the afternoon and mapped the entire thing in about 90 minutes with far better numbers than my hand notes. Has anyone else switched to drone surveys for flat commercial roofs, and what software do you use to turn the images into cut sheets?

Still waiting for my drone to figure out how to fix all the mistakes my hand measurements made last year, so I'm intrigued. That said, my luck with tech usually ends with me dropping it off a ladder, which honestly might be faster.
