Self-leveling sensor drift on a Liebherr ate my whole Saturday shift

The boom kept sitting 2 degrees off plum even after calibration, so I spent 8 hours swapping cables and checking power before realizing the factory reset button needs a paperclip held for 10 seconds, has anyone else had that stupid hidden reset fix a similar phantom issue?

If you'd hit that hidden reset first and the drift came back, you'd have no clue if it was a wiring issue or a sensor going bad. The paperclip trick just masks the real problem, man. A factory reset is like telling the machine to forget its bad day, but if the hardware is actually failing, you're just gonna be back on site next week. I'd rather trust a physical check over some hidden menu reset that nobody documents anyway. You got lucky this time, but that fix is a band-aid, not a real repair.
