Switched from hand signals to radio comms after dumping a load in Tulsa
I used to rely on the old hand signal system with my ground guy for 8 years, but after a misread flag dropped a pallet of bricks outside a strip mall in Tulsa back in March, I finally got a decent two way setup. Now I give the operator a 5 step checklist before every pick, has anyone else had close calls with the old way that made them switch?

The scratch on my bumper cost me $300 to fix. @corah75, what exactly happened in your close call that made you grab the dash cam? I got mine after watching a guy back into me and claim I hit him.
