Vent: I keep seeing guys skip the pre-lift meeting on smaller picks

Watched a crew in Houston last week try to set a 5-ton AC unit without one, and the signalman was on the wrong side of a blind spot the whole time.

Saw a similar thing with a pallet of block... guy just waved them on without checking the overhead lines first.

That's a scary lack of basic safety, @felixlane. It only takes one second to look up and avoid a huge problem. Some people just get way too comfortable.
