Why do we do that to ourselves? I had a similar thing with a dentist appointment I put off for almost a year, and when I finally went it took twenty minutes and I felt silly for all that worrying. We build stuff up in our heads until it feels way bigger than it is, then one quick call or visit and it's done. The hard part is never the actual task, it's just picking up the phone.
