Bitwarden vs LastPass - made the switch after 2 years

I used Lastpass for about 2 years until that breach last December. Switched to Bitwarden and honestly the free tier just works better - no limits on device types. Anyone else ditch a password manager after a security issue?

Man I totally get that friend Laura described because I used to be him honestly. Before the LastPass breach I thought people were overreacting about security and just figured "eh it's fine nothing bad will happen to me." Then I had to spend a weekend resetting everything after someone got into my account from Eastern Europe. Now I'm on Bitwarden too and I keep telling everyone the free tier is actually better than what I was paying for before. It's crazy how stubborn I was about switching when the proof was right there.

You know that friend everyone has who ignores all the red flags? My buddy was still using LastPass after like three breaches because he "already had all his stuff in there." Finally his login stopped working one day and he realized someone had changed his master password from Vietnam. He spent a whole weekend resetting his bank accounts and social media. Now he's on Bitwarden too and won't shut up about how he should've switched sooner.
