Password managers beat sticky notes after I got locked out of 12 accounts

I used to write passwords on sticky notes stuck to my monitor. Figured it was fine until someone grabbed one while I stepped away for coffee. Switched to Bitwarden last month after losing access to 12 accounts from one forgotten password. Way easier to use and I actually remember my master password. Anyone else made the switch from paper to a manager and notice a difference in how secure you feel?

Yeah, sticky notes are like leaving your house keys under the mat and hoping nobody looks. I mean, @mileslane, the worst one I lost access to was my Amazon account with saved payment info, that stung for a while. It's funny how a password manager makes you feel like a secret agent until you forget your master password and have to reset everything.

Getting locked out of 12 accounts is a brutal wake-up call. Sticky notes feel safe until someone literally walks off with your login info right in front of you. What was the worst account you lost access to, anything with money or personal data attached?

Yeah, read about a guy who lost his email and it wiped out his whole digital life basically.
