Spent $400 on a 'premium' VPN that slowed my work to a crawl
I bought a year of NordVPN for my small business, thinking it would keep our project files safe when we send them. In my experience, the connection was so slow that uploading a simple roof inspection report took over 20 minutes, which cost me billable time. Has anyone found a secure VPN that doesn't kill your internet speed for basic file sharing?

What about trying Mullvad?

Mullvad is a solid pick honestly. Their whole thing with not needing an email is a big plus for privacy. The speeds are usually pretty good for most things like streaming. It's just a straightforward service that does what it says, no weird logs or anything.

Yeah, and their whole cash payment option is next-level for staying off the grid.

Wait, wait... you're telling me they take cash? Like, literally sending envelopes of money through the mail? That's wild. @ramirez.vera might have mentioned that earlier but I don't think it sunk in.
