Scored a full 1987 mall directory for $2 at a dead Sears in Erie PA

Stopped at the empty Sears in Erie PA last Saturday and found a lady selling old mall stuff from a folding table, she had a 1987 directory with every store mapped out for 2 bucks. Turns out the Orange Julius, Chess King, and a pet store called Fins and Feathers were all in there, plus a hand drawn note about a food court spot that vanished in 1993. What is the oldest mall map or directory anyone here has managed to snag?
